Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose
Our vegetable capsules are composed of this material. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is an inert substance; ours is produced through manipulation of pine tree cellulose. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose is widely used from disparate items such as a component in eye drops to a food grade substrate.

Vegetable Magnesium Stearate
A common ingredient in baby powders, magnesium stearate is used as a flow agent in our capsule products. As well, magnesium Stearate is also used as an enveloping agent in our tablet products.

Microcrystalline cellulose
This is used in some capsule products as a filling agent. Microcrystalline cellulose is also used in some tablets as a binder and excipient, the substance is derived from wood chip pulp.

Silicon dioxide: Only when needed
Silicon dioxide is used as a flow agent for the proper use of encapsulation machines. Though typically not required, some formulations require the use of silicon dioxide so as to be able to encapsulate. This is a silica material and is inert (much like sand).

Dicalcium Phosphate
is used as an anti-caking agent, it is composed of approximately 30% calcium. Dicalcium phosphate is used in tacky products like phosphatidle serine.

Organic alcohol
Our liquid extracts use a food grade organic alcohol.

Glycerin
Glycerin is a humectant and is hygroscopic. That is it retains moisture and softenign effect on your skin. It also has a somewhat sweet taste. It is used in many liquid extract as a diluant and to add a sweet taste. As well ti can be found in lotions.
